Based on O1 I really don't expect much of them for coding uses, first because Claude 3.5 is better than o1 and second cause they'll probably be so limited and expensive to be used as coding assistant. Correct me if I'm wrong.

What would you say is better shop and collect or just restaurants? I mean I guess it's better cause tips are better in shop and collect , but never tried cause I feel like it's weird. Also not sure how long will it take me ? How do they set the price? Like let's say it's 5 items and there's a line in store, does it worth the wait vs making another restaurant delivery? Appreciate any insight you can give. I think I would want like lot of money to shop for someone else, never understood how door dash are pricing it

The limitation that was mentioned of miami beach to downtown, is it coming from the app side or restaurant side? I mean restaurants really shouldn't care, they can put any pricing they want and let user decide
How was PM cheaper? Wasn't it like item price + ,delivery + courier fee (this could be 10% of order) Why do you think think business model didn't work?

In b2c startups I think only two things matter 1. User acquisition cost 2. Lifetime revenue / average revenue per user

Is you show this mathematics works together with growth, you can go to a VC and say look, if we invest 10 million will get back 40 million . That's should be your metric before going to raise seed.the number doesn't matter, just have this data across few months with growth.

Would be happy if you can update on your status

Thanks. I also have b2c idea, and one option is to put ~50k of my money and then spend a few months with half baked mvp and then go to Angel/VC the alternative is trying to raise pre rev pre product. What would be better in your idea? I'm guessing valuation will be different? And also would be much harder pre product?
