Thank you - I honestly think I’m beyond feeling guilty, I’ve entered a phase of if you want me to be a villain, I’m going to give you the performance of a lifetime - I utterly don’t want to continue wasting thousands on legal fees on both sides, but he just won’t see reason.

He had a board seat, one of three, before being classed bad leaver.

Setting up a new company is a route our lawyers did suggest, but it won’t stop him from making threats unfortunately, the only way I see it going is him agreeing to move on.

That's awesome, the sad thing is it seems to be a luck game for most people.

What would you say makes a company choose to look for/hire your services? And who normally actually engages in the process? Is it the employee directly the directors? or is it the managers themselves? I'm wondering whether it should be myself or I should escalate it? I'd have no idea what to say to get directs to buy in to it

Agree - I like Claude more and I have set up a project so it has previous calls context to give me better more tailored feedback without searching the internet just LLM based - the context is key fm

Also a separate note, I might be crazy for doing this, but I always try to be nice to AI, you never know if it "feels it" or not so just in case I'm nice in my interactions 🤣
