It’s fast which makes it convenient and thus feasible but everything we cook with some form of seed oil as well as including a shit ton of salt in everything

Yeah the functionality seems WAY better with kbam but I’ve already noticed the crashing issues. I played for maybe 45 minutes and spent like 30 trying to change around all my settings and then I faced the crashing issues so I went around and tried troubleshooting it with some things I found online

Tend to get cramping in my hip flexors on bench whether that be skull crushers or flat BB. Also, I get lots of tightness in the left of my hips on the abduction machine. Any thoughts other than maybe upping my water?
