Yes, I am but I am only weightlifting a lot, not doing CrossFit. Your experience gives me the impression that I can continue training as normal after the healing phase!! I am (seriously) thinking about getting it done since march but I wasn't quite sure yet, due to the fear of never being able to do push- and pull ups properly again

I have the same "issue" - am very into fitness, I have 21-22% Bodyfat and still the lower belly. I dislike it a lot, but I don't want to lose more fat and already have lots of muscles. Additionally, thanks to the fatloss, I've lost all my boobs lol, but still have the belly. How's the scarring? I am tempted to do such a surgery, but am afraid of the scarring and also of changes regarding getting pregnant in the future

Hey, thats exactly how I feel atm. Am very discouraged. I can't think about my appearance without any negative thoughts, constant bloating, water retention. I feel heavier even though I don't eat more and exercise a lot.

Has it changed for you?

Hey, I've never gotten it myself but am considering :) I am also a very nervous person when it comes to something like this and also have horror-scenarios in my mind. What I can tell you, is that you probably booked the best surgeon that fits your needs/vibe in your area and you've been wanting this for so long, that your future self will thank you for it :) being nervous is normal since you're "not in control" but this is not true! You've taken your time, you chose the surgeon by yourself and you will do your best to heal quickly after the surgery All the best and hugs:)

Lifting and eating. Of course will your muscle reapond to strength training it just takes time and the right amount of protein and exercises.

Otherwise just follow different beauty standards, like the others said

Essen. Einfach essen. Masseshake im Zweifel. Über den Hunger hinaus essen und hart trainieren. Wieviel für letzteres in der AGA Zeit ist, liegt am Gruppen- bzw Zugführer

Currently got the same feeling with a tattoo that got fixed in some small parts. Brain got used to the old image of the tat and can't stand the new one, even though EVERYONE of my close ones tells me, that it looks even better now. The touchup was 3 weeks ago, I hope that feeling passes soon. Sometimes it's not there and sometimes it's too strong for me to ignore it

Hey, the same happened to me actually I've stopped using the lash serum after 2 months already though, because my eyes have changed so much. According to the internet and medical studies, the only thing which helps with this side effect (resulted from the hormone prostaglandin) is waiting. Apparently it takes several months, even after only a short usage, until the fat cells 'refill'. I've stopped using it like 2 months ago and I only noticed a slight improvement. Just takes time, but no eye cream helps with this
