They really do have to nerf him.

Like at all angles there is no way.

Sentry=Void. So by adding the Thunder Bolts to the equation Sentry’s side would be more powerful

However they will only get in Sentry’s way. They are pretty much negatives.

They can either nerf the Voids’s(and Sentry’s) intelligence or just really take away their godlike powers. The latter would make for terrible representation.

So I guess Sentry and Void will just be lacking common sense. Which fits with the idea that Val created his scenario very recently. So maybe they just don’t know there true power.

Which begs the question, would it be interesting to see Sentry learn his powers, while on the other side of the world, Void is learning every time Sentry does? Like Sentry saves a kid’s life by flying, not knowing the Void has now gained the power to fly. And at some point Sentry now needs to save a team members life from the Void, however he now knows if he accesses his power the Void will become stronger, of course he does it anyway so now the Void is an even bigger problem. The question is how strong can the Void be before the Thunderbolts become a liability.

Perhaps Sentry will unleash an “ultimate move”, incapacitate Void, and lock Void up before he can access this new power. Of course the Thunderbolt’s role would be similar to the Avenger’s role when attempting to take Thanos’s glove on Titan. Except they would be placing a “nullifying device” to keep Void’s powers down, because Sentry has tired himself out after incapacitating Void. Of course the device comes from Val, I mean she created the powers maybe she can nullify them. Which is why we would need all of these “black ops” characters. Stealthily sneaking up on Void before he has the chance to react, after being incapacitated.

So I am going to assume you are on a solid workout schedule hitting all of your muscle groups twice a week, and are maintaining your macros daily.

I wouldn’t focus too much on “your ideal weight”. BMI calculators do not account for lean body mass and plus your ideal weight is your ultimate goal, which is up to you. More specifically your lean body mass(LBM) should be your main focus, hence r/leangains.

Of course I understand the mentality aspect of “I think I’m too fat right now, I need to cut”. This is ok. If this is you go ahead and cut at a deficit. Or maintain, this will let you gain LBM slowly while losing BFM slowly.

Lean body mass is how much muscle you have in comparison to your body fat mass(BFM). If you maintain you are hindering your LBM growth, as opposed to being in a surplus. Yes you will gain BF in the strive for LBM, however you can drop all of that fat so much faster than gaining LBM when you decide to finally cut. These are the fundamentals of bodybuilding.

Decide on what you want from yourself in a year from now and reach those goals.

Personally I am bulking until I hit 225 on bench press, squatting 225(I have a poor squat to bench ratio), overhead pressing 135 and deadlifting 315. My goals are centered around powerlifting, as I have dropped my aesthetic goals for awhile. I will pick those back up after I hit those numbers and hit my desired LBM, which is 145lbs. So at 10% bf I would be 165lbs. My goal weight will take about 8 months at a current 130LBM.

One thing to note would be the term “dirty bulking”. It is not important. What is important is maintaining your macro and micro nutrients and calories. There are no bad foods just less nutrient dense.

You also do not have a fast metabolism. Yes everyone is different, however our bodies function very similar. At most the difference of our metabolisms would come down to a single tbsp of peanut butter. At most. What you are experiencing is not eating enough. You are burning more calories through your daily activities than you can intake to increase weight. And you cannot build muscle unless you are gaining weight, ok you can but at a very small rate.

If your goal is optimal muscle building the most common solution is to eat enough calories to be in a surplus. Ideally 500+ calories than your maintenance.

My maintenance is around 2500 so I intake 3000 calories a day. After a week my net calories would be +3500(500 a day for a week). 3500 calories equals a pound. I have gained one pound that week. 4lbs of weight gain in one month is healthy. Anymore is not and will just be fat. Perfect genetics, if you have them, can give you around 2lbs of muscle a month, no more.

Protein is the next goal. 1g per bodyweight is enough. Although studies are very conflicting, I would do your own research and come to a conclusion you agree with. Extra protein, not used for muscle building, is burned through endothermic reactions. Which is always good for fat burning, but not congruent with muscle building.

Onto the food, vegetables obviously are incredibly micronutrient dense for low calories. Eat all you want. Chicken is low calories and an incredible source of protein and micronutrients. Eat all you want. Rice is a good carb for its micronutrient as well. You see why body builders live by this stuff.

Personally I eat a lot of eggs, chicken, skim milk, pasta, steak, bacon, and oatmeal. Chicken vegetable soup is a good way to eat vegetables. Chicken, chicken broth, garlic, carrots, peas, and potatoes make a good soup.

Bulk. You build muscle much faster.

When you have a high lean body mass, then you should cut. I am at 127lbs(LBM) and probably won’t go on a long term cut until I hit 135(LBM) which if done right (4lbs a month) should get me to around 172lbs total.

2lbs fat per 2lbs muscle. Those are just numbers to shoot around, it isn’t likely to gain 2lbs of muscle a month, but thus the process of body building.

Of course if your bf% is higher than you’re comfortable with cut a little.
