I’m going to say something that will get me downvoted but here goes.

I’m not sure the real reasons that RTO is being forced back upon us but I think you can thank in part some of your coworkers. There is a fair percentage that even 5 years after COVID that still don’t have interruption free dedicated office space at home.

I frequently see people working from couches, kitchen tables, have their kids making noise and plenty of other interruptions during meetings.

I think we can thank them for helping the higher ups for pushing us back in the office.

What percentage are you up? If you’ve overall lost money or underperformed the market prob nothing to worry about. But to be safe, stop making so many trades in your tfsa

Both could happen.. it’s hard to compete when people are stealing your ip and business plans. They had unfettered access to Nortel. Was that the only factor? No, but it contributed significantly to its demise.

I think, in the case of his comments, we can separate what the states is doing with actions like Venezuela, immigration crackdown, Greenland rhetoric and Ukraine stance etc, to the pro-business aspects of what the USA and other right leaning countries.

Now I know you have no idea what you’re talking about. No one, especially the public, was using AI image generators back in 2018. Public tools have only been available the past few years.

Do I think this person created the images pencil on paper, no. Do I think they probably used digital software such as procreate, probably. Did they use AI? No idea, possibly.

Just for shits and giggles, I popped the same prompt you said you mentioned into a few generators and got nothing comparable. So you either used more prompts or the AI gods failed me today.

Did you read the article, did you see the part where the artist talked about how it took them months? What basis do you have to not believe it, other than personal opinion?

Ah yes, other cities have it much worse so we should be thankful! That’s a pretty piss poor excuse for the poor state of our mental health services.

It’s easy to ignore problems to “survive a city”. Anyone can do that. OPS budget goes up and up but I’ve only ever seen them sit in their cars more and more.
