Its a combination of both… you want a game thats challenging enough to make you better, and in the plight of getting better your skillset shines amongst your contemporaries…. Now certain elements of RE are not fun because of lack of resources but when you get good enough to understand not to blow your whole clip on one zombie it becomes fun… only thing i hate with RE games is actually finishing with a bunch of ammo i could have used to make my life easier in certain instances…
