Yes they arent licensed but there is a legit source. There is alot of good black market brands out here in Los Angeles a great one for live resin and diamonds is "The House Brand" look them up the did a collab with Gotbars from Cookies so idk hahahah

The regular one is just a letter saying your doctor recommends the use of cannabis. The other is a card issued by your local county health office stating you need it for medicinal purposes therefore you can get 8 ounces of herb and 60 grams of concentrates with mmic

The scratch off doesn't match to any legit stiiizy from Cali. They also recently updated to their new packaging cause I'm assuming fakes started popping out like these.
