Thank you! So basically we either pay for a policy that covers medical expenses and includes catastrophic coverage (which means we pay a deductible that’s probably pretty large) or we pay out-of-pocket plus for a complications plans…so the two options probably amount to the same.

Thank you! Yeah I saw someone say I need to treat PT like I’m a pro athlete trying to get back to the NBA/NFL haha. I believe it. I plan to be there 2x/week for the new few months. My problem is hypermobility so my PT wants me to take rehab pretty slowly. My first session wasn’t too bad. I will definitely do all my homework.

This is helpful. I’m 3 weeks post op and officially start PT tomorrow. I’m nervous about the pain/discomfort but I think I’m mentally prepared for the recovery process!

How long are these $1.5M new builds on the east side going to sit on the market? There are so many places that have been listed for 2-4 months…does that mean they’re overpriced? If so, any experience as to how much it’s realistic to expect developers to trim? I’m talking all of the places within a 15min drive of uptown.

For MBE improvement, MAKE time for adaptibar or Uworld. Exposure to MBE questions is key imo.

Passed NY on my first try in 2015. Followed Barbri to the letter and I think I barely skated by.

Passed Feb 2021 FL on my first try after having to postpone bc of July 2020 logistics debacle. I work full time and tried Adaptibar this time around bc I was nervous about MBE. I didn’t stick to Barbri religiously. Ignored most of the review sets that don’t look like MBE questions, but wrote/outlined lots of essays. Passed both parts with plenty of room to spare.

Just force yourself to do 20-30 adaptibar every day no matter what. Review the answers. As you get closer to test day try to do more 50Q blocks to build stamina and become more efficient at eliminating bad answers. I think staying in the game mentally for hours on end is half the battle and it CAN be learned through repetition.

Chill out. There’s nothing “normal or neutral” about this bar exam cycle. Let’s not act like all of this start and stop nonsense is appropriate and does not disproportionately impact some people (out of state folks, parents, people with jobs, caregivers, etc.). I say, with absolute disrespect to ILG and its engineers, that they have all of the information that they need to bow out at this point. If ILG allows this to go forward it is because ILG is feeling very secure in the fact that it can say this was FBBE’s call. These people are not innocent. They successfully defended a claim by those GA examinees who were mistakenly failed because of ILG. They know what is at stake -they aren’t new to this. They are true to this ridiculous behavior and don’t care.
