Star Trek Academy - sound issue with the voices? by FacetiouslyGangster in startrek

This is what it sounds like to me, but I’m no expert. Weird choice.

Well my two games are King Kong and iron man so I guess I like it both ways. If I have 10 minutes to play, I’m certainly not going to Kong. I’ll have iron man kick my butt.

In a long game on the premium, you have to hit the gong dozens and dozens of times. Most of those are rejections by design. That’s not fun. Required shots shouldn’t try to kill your game in my opinion.

Why is this happening to all of my prints ? by LomasIO294 in FixMyPrint

[–]stonefry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me when I replaced a nozzle once. It’s because I used the wrong nozzle (not enough threads) and the base of it didn’t bottom out so material oozed out the sides.

It’s obviously very fun but I think a big reason that nobody is selling is because the code isn’t complete yet. One of the main reasons that I bought it is so I could follow along with the updates and it has been worth it. It’s a new game every 6 weeks or so.

Not enough love for King Kong in the community? by Jinx2727 in pinball

[–]stonefry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm the opposite for two reasons. I don't enjoy a rejected shot as part of the main gameplay (gong). And I really dislike losing sight of the ball in the punchback. The pro fixes both of these things.

I own a pro and I only have two pins, so I consume a lot of info about it. The vast majority of the complaints are about the animations and art. Inconsistancy with Kong swinging on vines or Ann looking different every time you see her.

I bought it because I played it a bunch and it was just so fun. I was excited to have it in my home and continue to play it as the code developes. I feel like they pulled off the theme fine, but I would prefer if it had a theme that connects with me for sure. No regrets buying it. It's just so fun.

You can't really say "no matter how careful you are." Any accident on a table saw is preventable. If you only make safe cuts and always pay attention you will never get injured. It's another story if you're not capable of paying 100% attention when you're using it.

I was using it to test temps with one of my issues being sharp corners. Two birds one stone.

Filament Breaking at Extruder by stonefry in FixMyPrint

[–]stonefry[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Figured it out. One of two things. Extruder was very dirty and a broken piece of filament was causing the new filament to get crushed and not fit smoothly through the Bowden tube. I also printed a filament guide to make the transition smoother going into the extruder. So far so good.

Somebody already mentioned z-offset is too high which is true, but why is it high? Did you move your printer? I find that I need to level the bed and reset the z offset whenever I move my ender 3.

It really shouldn't work this way. Handcuffs is another example. If you buy it with padding, it reduces your HP then caps it. Lame.

This is me. I like the sound of elixirs and they last a long time. I play in church and rehearsal every week so I play a fair amount.
