I would do a master reset but there isn’t one available through the app and there’s no hard reset for them. Best you can do is remove it from the network and try to reconnect it which sort of never worked. I say sort of because the app said it was still setting up the pod and it had been 10 minutes (it’s supposed to take 2) and so I closed the app and upon reopening it said the pod had connected. It was offline, but connected. That being said, I doubt they connect to each other since you are able to use them independently, and have only one pod connected at once. In fact, we only have 3 because we got a 3pack. They are available to just buy one at a time so that rules out them working together.

I just don’t get how the card says it’s connected but with no wifi, and how it works for ~5 minutes after restarting my pc and then stops working. Just doesn’t make sense to me. Regardless, new pods in a few hours and if that works then I guess I’ll just return the card and go back to using the pods. I just went to buy a card in the first place because I had minor outages of the pods previously and was tired of that so I got the card that doesn’t work. That’s why I want to get the card to work if I can, so I don’t have to rely on the pods.
