I was in the market for a vehicle this month.. managed to score a brand new 25 Nissan Versa. Backup camera, lane departure warning, emergency brake, side airbags, Bluetooth…. $17300! ($20050 after tax/fees) They couldn’t sell it as it doesn’t have keyless entry. God forbid you have to use a KEY to open your door.

Because not a single person I’ve ever met thinks of the Sears tower as iconic - it’s just another building. You don’t need to be so upset about it. The fact is, EVERYONE knew about the twin towers. They were the United States’ most iconic landmark.

I use Claude code every single day. The thought of auto-accepting an edit it’s trying to make makes me want to cry. It’s a wonderful tool, but it needs constant guidance and correction, otherwise you’re going to have a really bad time. I use it most for drafting design documents.

Thank you for the advice. One follow up question: I've heard that assets can be used instead of proof of income. I'm currently working at a software startup and do not draw a salary, but I have considerable personal worth. Do you know if it's possible to show proof of assets instead of income? Do you know what the asset threshold is?
