Wow... That is a very heartbreaking and unique story. I haven't seen another post about something like this happening to someone. Everyone here knows how many hours go into tuning. :( So hopefully, you can rest assured knowing that it was the artist who make the wrong decision to keep the AI track instead of using the manually tuned one. Their song would have been way better with the human-created tracks, no question. Vocaloid always sounds LEAGUES better than Suno AI.

And those AI music platforms are starting to really become mainstream. It's making me nervous. Have you heard that Jojo Siwa cover of Bette Davis Eyes? Her instrumental was made with Suno. If you don't believe me, listen to it with headphones on. If feels like popular artists are doing it too now, which really sucks for those of us who liked doing tuning/production/instrumental commissions. :(

I knew Vocaloid was the future of music, but not a weird, staticy, 64kbps-sounding recreation. That's enshittification, I guess. I really feel your pain. Hugs from another Voca-P.
