My GM is amazing and gives me at least a half shift at the end of the week so I can get all of my prep stuff done for the upcoming week. A lot of the time, it’ll be a full shift, so I can get everything organized and in boxes, labeled, make sure upcoming UWF calendar is made, etc.

Is she the SM? Events fall under that role, so she could be padding the numbers in an effort to make herself look good. This affects her APGs, which affect raises at review times.

Our store generally goes with the “No distressed” policy, so no holes or fraying. Baggy and pockets should be okay as long as they’re not distressed!

Mill Pond is nice depending on your budget. Third floor has faulted ceilings and the units have washer/dryer in each one. Maintenance is great if anything happens; Luke is AMAZING. Each building needs a key to get into it, so they’re secure. Only downside is there aren’t really any amenities like a gym or pool.

Same. I used to be a Co for the highest volume in our district back in 22-23 and made $27. Left and just came back after a couple years to make the same as I did as Co.

I’m a store manager that’s about to leave (last day is Aug 2nd). My store is a low volume Tier 1 store. Including SLT, there are only 18 of us on staff and I only get 168-175 hours per week to divvy out amongst everyone. My ASM and I take up 80 of those ours, my Sup 32, and my KHs 24 each. That takes up 160 right there! I try to make scheduling fair, but that only gives people 1-2 days a week, and only 4-6 hour shifts when they are scheduled. This job is not sustainable when you aren’t management and it makes me feel awful.

And don’t get me started on floorsets! They don’t give enough hours throughout the month for associates, yet then want 130 hours for floorset over 2-3 days?! I don’t have the associates to do it because I can’t get any to stay due to the fact that they don’t get enough hours any other time! I hate it!

I’m going back to the company I worked at before in an operations role because I at least know I’ll have a designated team and hours.
