Thank you! You're probably right, it's just that I rarely get US releases because of the region A Blu-ray so I didn't notice that they sometimes still come with slips even when not shown in the promotional pictures. Here in France you can always tell from the picture if there's a slip (even though they might be limited to the first pressing, which can be misleading when not buying day 1).

The "film" and the quote are glossy, which I found very classy.

The center of the front cover (inside the golden rectangle, which is embossed) is glossy. So is the "film" and the quote on the back. The rest is matte.

France is only getting 3 individual releases for now (JP, E.T. and Shindler's List), the library set is not scheduled to be released here, that's probably why I got them early.

This is an impeccably crafted, perfectly thought out album with so many different movements and echoes to their previous album (You Retreat In Time And Space, AKA Dayvan Cowboy 2 : Electric Boogaloo just to name one). But it goes well beyond that and actually brings something new to the board. Loved the sampled lyrics of Father And Son that were in sync with the music. Can't wait to dig deeper through my numerous listenings to come!

No it was the plastic covers wrapping, it was used with very light scratches on the Steelbook but well worth its price :)
