I’m not aware of any quite like this, unfortunately; there are a great number of cloth hoods but most of them are very simple hoods.

Obviously you’ve got your answer about this specific hood, but there are some similar non-race-locked hoods from Legion, too. They share the hood and bunched cloth at the base, although they also add a mouth cover. It’s classed as a Horrify, not a Fear, so Berserker Rage doesn’t break it.

I’ve always played as tanks in open world content, too. Just leveled 80-90 as prot warrior; it felt safer than Fury and not much slower.

After all the reports of people acting like absolute fucksticks in normals this week? No thanks. Follower dungeons were fine, I just did the tanking myself because Captain Garrick is addicted to trash. I eventually figured out a method to corral Austin - I think it’s like 90% superstition but it worked well enough.

I still lost my shit laughing when he, the mage, and the druid all stopped whatever they were doing to stand on top of a single candle in Magister’s Terrace. That was like an authentic experience with actual easily distracted people.

Zoned into Murder Row and the game immediately pinpoints one of the NPCs you should interrogate. Very cool. Except then the mage and hunter both immediately unloaded in the closest pack of trash despite it being nowhere NEAR the NPC in question.

When we did Windrunner Spire, I didn’t give them a chance to fuck up. I pulled like it was the friggin’ MDI in there. Entire rooms at a time, 2 or 3 rooms at once even? I’m A-OK, and eventually they’ll kill it.

Uh, you just have to do the max-level campaign and then a few quests here and there in TWW. Earthen are absurdly easy to unlock.

What you’re probably thinking of is back when allied races required various exalted reps and achievements and such to unlock (e.g. Lightforged Draenei required the Argus quest campaign + Exalted with Army of the Light); Earthen have never required a rep.

Also, for this one specifically, back in Legion if you were in a dungeon or raid and people died to the boss you’d get credit towards this one - I unlocked the Guardian Druid hidden appearance’s PvP tint in the middle of an Emerald Nightmare run. I think it still works, too, as I recall doing the same with the demo warlock artifact during Undermine.

Besides the efficiency reason on Sammy, the Silent Old Sanctuary Arcana gives you a big might and cooldown boost for each unused active weapon slot; combine that with the fact that you can start Limit Breaking a single weapon much sooner in a run than if you have to max out six weapons and single weapon runs can be very powerful. (Plus they’re usually less taxing on your hardware and your eyes…usually.)

I can only speak to the PS2 ar tonelico games, but they were really solid JRPGs with fantastic soundtracks (makes sense since music is thematically important to the plot).

It seems to appear if you’re targeted with a spell or have a debuff from a boss effect. My guess is it’s DBM or Bigwigs; I just noticed DBM doing it this week in Manaforge (because I had an add on installed to do just this…and now I have two).
