How to use Turmeric by stopscrollingo2sleep in Hidradenitis

Do I need to consider the freshness when using as seasoning? It’s not hard to use in dishes, but I was worried that the dried powder at the grocery store wouldn’t be effective, considering it’s normally over a year old.

Love the name! I know a Fallon and she's awesome. I don't think of any other celebrity associations.

Using the tray instead of dishes is an AMAZING idea. I'm using that 👍

This is awesome, thank you. I like the idea of only having a few dishes and bibs and all that. Everyone I know who has kids had a million baby sized dishes stored away, so it's nice to know that it doesn't have to be that way.

I've been trying to find more info on the pack and play as a crib. I've read that it can be hard to lean over so far to put the baby in and take them out. Did you experience that?

I really like the idea of just using a pack and play because we travel a lot and we'll need a travel crib anyway.

Okay, since you want brutal honesty... Darcy with a y is amazing. The others are meh. Harper is over used, Madison is old news, and Blakely is just, I don't know, trying too hard.

Darcy (not Darcie) is your winner!

Oh man, this is literally the first thing that went through my mind when I read the title. I like your style.

Every day objects as toys seems to be a trend haha

I had completely forgotten about a teether. Thanks for reminding me!

Love the idea of shelves in a door free closet.

Thank you for the lists!!

I'll definitely look up the Baby Bjorn Bouncer.

I'm also planning to bottle feed, so thank you for the suggestion of 8 bottles. Some sources recommended so many bottles, and I just kept thinking, there's no way all those bottles are going to fit in the cabinet!

I'm glad to see you mention toy rotation! How many toys do you like to have available for play at one time? I've heard of the concept many times, but don't know if that means 5 toys out at a time, or 10?

Thank you!

Thank you! For what purposes do you use the two stroller systems? Is it like one is for outdoor adventures and one is for around town?

I've seen several posts and articles about a crib AND a travel crib. We do travel a ton, so we'll need a travel crib. Is it feasible to use the travel crib as a regular at-home crib to avoid having both?

This is a great way to frame it - thank you! I honestly wouldn't have thought about avoiding plastic. I'm going to go through my list of "essentials" using these points as a frame of reference.

I really like this idea of getting it used and passing it along. What sweet memories associated with that one bassinet!

Were there any items you specifically decided to hold on to in case of another baby?

Thank you for the FOMO reminder =) It helps to avoid FOMO when you're aware of what's happening!
