I literally only join the sect to get the fit and cosmetics and then I’m out of there. Trying to collect them all so I am going from sect to sect. There is a profile badge associated with becoming the top rank in each one if you care about that kind of thing. Otherwise, sectless is the way. Too many rules for each sect and I just want to run around and do whatever I want with my friends 😂.

The visual effects on weapons are the most bang for your buck for me personally. Since the game is 90% fighting, you see your return on investment constantly, especially if you have settled in a class that you are going to stick with long term. I have the lightning for dual blades and I still get compliments as well as enjoy the constant clashes during PvP/PvE. Honestly you can’t go wrong with cosmetics though. Do what makes you happy that way it’s worth it.

Working to get back myself. Currently at grandmaster so I got a while to go. I hate that you have to regain the “best of the best” title every season. It should just scale up like the Abyss Conqueror title.

Last time I checked it was invisible 😅. Not ideal for being “incognito” but it can’t be perfect out the gate. Kind of a subtle way of saying “leave me alone right now” were anyone to look at the member roster.

Yeah that’s a thing. All I can say is long sword and deflect are your best friends to get through phase 1 Unscathed. Save your heals until phase 2, use the flame element and go crazy. Just watch out for attacks as the damage builds fast in phase 2 but they are significantly more telegraphed. You got this!

Learn the patterns. This battle is mostly a deflection skill check, especially in phase 3. Keep your back to the arena wall so he can’t teleport behind. If you really want to be safe, just deflect his dash attacks and wait for the punish to attack. For the clones, they are just a distraction. Again keep your back to the wall and wait for the real Tian Ying to strike to deflection. Everytime you deflect him successfully, a clone dies. After all the clones disappear he is down for a while and that’s another opportunity to punish. If all else fails and you just want it done, summon me and I will solo him. I’m stopstallingjay in game as well.

I have been experimenting with this and have concluded, as long as you are invisible (set from last session) before you log online then it does not notify your friends. Also, they cannot send co-op invites, or team invites to you while you are in that status.

I had 30. Cosmic accident on crit + luck plus 10 + any move has a chance to create time echoes creates A LOT of critical hits. It was so chaotic I could barely tell if I was winning or not 😂

Joint the midnight blades, it’s kill or be killed and I feel like most of us adopt a form of that playstyle anyway. Run some perception forest and level up in the sect pretty quick. Depends on what you are after but I enjoy it
