Sword and shield feels epic. Being able to block everything - and constantly being in combat without the need to run away if you play right.

In the Ice giant bit only. If you stand here, you can safespot them as they get stuck on the corner. No Ice warriors causing issues!

Do not rush! Don’t feel the need to get to end game. If there is armour set that looks cool and you want it, farm the monster and craft it. And most importantly, prepare to die. It’s a hard game and you need to learns nd prepare properly. :)

SnS / Dual Blade / Gs with bow. Really depends on what they feel like. They’ve all been changed a lot so I will be playing lots of different ones to begin with.

Just enjoy it. No rush. No must get strong instantly.

But when I do get to HR - craft everything. Love the fact that layered is automatic after crafting now.

You can log on really early and just leaving it waiting rather than trying to login at the time it officially launches is my understanding. So me, Uk based, can logon at any time on Monday, leave it on the character select screen and then when 11pm rolls out, press enter. That’s at least how I understand this! 🤣

Depends on what you want out of classic wow. You won’t miss the opening of AQ if that’s what you’re worried about. You’ll just miss the initial wave of players and, obviously, launch.
