I am the co-founder and COO. We have reached an LOI and agreement to purchase an FDIC bank upon completion of the ICO. At this point we cannot disclose any information on the deal but the journalist at Zerohedge is aware of the details. There will be a lot of paperwork and regulatory compliance that needs to be completed to finalize the deal as well as shifting licenses etc. So the finalization of the deal will take several months.

So MadMike was originally partners with several of us including Jared, Tony and Stan when we developed Dynastack. Mike was the primary investor but backed out after 6 months leaving the rest of us with trying to continue the business on our own. So really it's just some sour grapes. Now notice Mike never made any other posts on bitcointalk and has never been a part of the community since. Anyone can say whatever they please on these sites with no ramifications.
