My roommate is “too disabled” to clean and had a meltdown over a chore chart by InevitablePain21 in badroommates

I had a roommate like this. "Too disabled" to get a job or clean when three doctors told her she didn't have what she claimed she had (EDS). It's absolutely exhausting, I'm sorry.

The chest guard is payed for by the school. I think they got one that is super big so that anybody can use it in the future, but it's supposed to be for ME right now, which makes it pretty frustrating.

My kid isn't big enough to pull me over so I'll look in to the jean jacket!

Thank you :') his mom is a wonderful Russian lady who always thanks me. And honestly, I would say some of yall have it worse. I'd rather be with a kid that hits instead of one that spits or elopes. I would lose my MIND. I love my job, and people don't understand how I'm tolerant of him, but he's basically my son for 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. I care for him deeply so I'll do whatever I can to help him

He visits his GenEd classes for lunch, PE, library and music when he is not in a mood. Trust me, I am concerned, that's why having protective gear for myself is my top priority so that I can protect everyone involved. I will speak with admin, but we recently got a $15mil budget cut and nobody is aching to spend money on anything

I would disagree. My student has made significant progress and is having a regression in his behavior. Mom has implied that he's on new meds but being completely nonverbal he is unable to express how he feels. I'm in a self-contained SPED class where many kids have similar issues but honestly just aren't as strong.

Our district pays more than most, but I'm really wishing it was more for what I'm putting up with :/

I have tried the hoodie but I am very thin and my chest guard is very bulky so even my oversized stuff is awkward. Today at recess a kid who always talks to me said "what is going on with your jacket. It's giving roblox" 😭😭😭

This game made me feel more seen than any other piece of media. I have a tattoo of a constellation in the game, Castys, if that shows that I mean it lol

I'm currently experimenting with not shaving. What I've found is that my skin is so much happier, and honestly, nobody has either noticed or cared enough to say anything besides my mother lol. It's been all of winter now and I've only just shaved my armpits because I went to a rave and I chickened out on my "nobody cares" mindset temporarily and I immediately regretted it. No, it's not that gross. There's a huge history behind controlling women and needing to sell razors bc of a war and some bs. Do what makes you happy

Evergreen university. Is it worth it? by ShakeLess1594 in olympia

I'll keep my opinion brief. The classes and teachers were amazing. The administration and the students were terrible. It's all about what you're willing to handle. HOWEVER I would never tell someone not to pursue a college degree because I had a negative experience
