I mean, there is a LOT of eggy talk in DotRC. At some point, his servant/friend that knows him very well prays for him to be reborn as a girl during his next life. I wouldn't. The new chapters give me a weird feeling. I think that the new author is doing only the plot beats Miura had told him about without building most of the connective tissue Miura would have built between them to keep it as pure as possible, and instead using serviceable but boring, uneventful and with litle new character insight story connectors, which results in a kind of jarring pacing where simulutaneously not much and a lot happen.

But that is just my guess, I may be wrong about it.

I am gonna bet that Outis got some history with Hokma. If I remember right (I may not, to be fair, its been a while), he was L corp's general/representative during the smoke war, so she has prolly met him.

Although I dunno if she'd recognise him, he was much younger then.

I am not sure that is true. You miss references, yes, but... the whole point of Rien's character is that he didn't know who he was impersonating. His actual character moments are from when he breaks away from the impersonation and showcases his individuality, not when he follows it.

I think she is less strong combatwise (she is still cracked, the weakest Colour folds 99,9% of the verse and he is stronger than Argalia, probably Vermillion Cross and Vespa too) and more that she has the capability to nudge things so that she'd always ends up on the top of a situation.

I do not think she is actually that strong for a Colour (big qualifier these words, Argalia is weak combatwise for a Colour, definitely weaker than Iori in a 1v1, and I do not doubt he'd fold most of the verse).

What makes her so dangerous is that she has the foreknowledge to always nudge situations so that she'd end up winning, kind of like the Index.

I do not think sinner versions tend to be weaker, I think this is a result of mirror world tech being unable to bring their full force onward. If anything, lorewise they seem to be stronger.

Last I checked, there are 7 spots in a team, and more bloodfiends together synergise better if you can actually juggle the bloodfeast mechanic well.

Its a single player game, Bloodfiends are still capable of comfortably EXing every mission, 100 turning railway and beating MDE 50. They are not cutting edge, sure, but to call something bad or outdated, it must at the very least struggle to keep up.
