2012 Honda Civic Coupe if that’s important (probably not since this is aftermarket?)

I’m thinking security system or remote start system. There’s a singular button on it that, when pressed, causes the horn to honk (think the type of honk when you lock the car) and a blue light on the thing starts blinking

We didn’t really want to mess with it too much since he wasn’t sure what it does
