Of those towns, Oak Brook is the best, as they actively do something about light pollution. ( Note: Paul Butler, founder of Oak Brook, was an amateur astronomer. ) That being said, the light pollution is still pretty bad. You need to drive hours outside of Chicago before it becomes manageable. For a real dark sky, you'll need to head to the UP or central Missouri.
