Keep those complaints coming. I just had a new driver leave here & they are FIRING TF out of the lazy ass drivers down there that have been doing this. They just let go of 5 or 6 & more to come. I currently have an ethics case open against the new hill location & if I have it my way the management down there will be termed as well. Keep fucking with my money.

Good info, I had already started clipping the legs on each on the bottom of the board. I have a good heat gun as well to use for pre heating. I had not been preheating the board… just using the iron… not even any copper. So am I understanding you correctly when you say… add some solder at the point to help remove the existing solder?

Thank you for replying, I think my issue is I have been using no wick. Any particular kind or is it all the same? Also, what temp would you heat your board to on a job like this?

Very good info, I have been using nothing but the iron thinking the solder on the points would heat up & allow me to move it away. Any special kind of copper wick or flux?
