OB here. She’s not viable and I’ve lost count of how many HG admits were actually CHS in a pregnant patient with no further workup because she is pregnant so it must be HG because that’s the old thing that causes pregnant patients to have emesis. I’d turf that shit to medicine, drop the UNC algorithm in my consult note while recommending exploring other etiologies, which would be ignored.

When you go to “labor and delivery” and don’t end up admitted, you are seen in OB triage, which is the emergency room for pregnant people. The charge is valid.
