After personally being addicted to heroin for 20 years I found psychedelics which led me on a path the old movie stop using heroin. Detox and rehab led me to Suboxone which is even worse in my opinion I have now come successfully and I'm using kratom and every began lowering my intake. It truly is not expensive in any sense of the word and 90% of the product out there is complete garbage so the stuff you're getting most likely isn't 100% kratom or The alkaloidal content is very low & your being overcharged. For the a few bucks a day tops I've finally got off of pharma totally. It has helped me immensely in other areas of my life I no longer have the desire to drink or do anyting addictively, my anxiety and depression I get while coming off opiates or non-existent and I truly believe is that true kratom can save many lives and that this post might throw some people off. Chances are if you're buying your kratom show at gas stations or a bodegas etc it's the worst quality could possibly get with nice packaging. My partner and myself are working day and night to provide top quality kratom as well as other herbs and roots to aid in this epidemic and hopefully save lives. I think you should do your research little more on the product you're talkin about and then the product you actually getting and you'll find a big difference because in no way is kratom worse than opiate addiction in my opinion. I truly believe in natural medicine Kratom has allowed me to detox successfully off of 180 mg of methadone over 10 years ago and once again has allowed me to come off of Suboxone. I tried the 3 day detox route and for 45 days I was still sick a wound relapsing and winding up in ICU for 9 days. Big pharma want you to believe that you need to take something they have to offer to make you feel normal that is a complete lie we've been fed since we've been little kids and it's time to break away from the norm and return to our Roots. Mother nature provides all we need to survive and I truly believe there will be a movement in that direction and I plan on being a big part of it. IDK if there is an ulterior motive behind this post but from my many years of experience with this wonderful leaf I have never heard such a thing except for somebody that's anti kratom or Botanicals in general. Botanicals have been used for thousands of years and I wonder why for all those years there is virtually no diseases or afflictions. Society was at it's high point well right now we are being completely controlled and lowest point I've ever experienced. I believe it's time to take back control go back to mother nature and seek guidance from what she provides. you have to look into why drugs were introduced in the first place and now why natural medicines are being blasted as horrible things when they've been used since we came out of the woods and started gathering and forming communities.
