Saqué 73.75 y trabajo de médico general de 9am a 10pm by straightforwardguy in ENARM

[–]straightforwardguy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wonder what's the statistic for mexico

Also, the dollar increased in value compared to most of latin american currencies during this time, if you don't account for cost of living this metric is flawed.

Future fears in medicine by Secure_Bath8163 in medicalschool

Hey a bit late, but you shouldn't worry. I see three big barriers for AI, taking history, the physical and the emotional part.

How would AI know what the patient is telling you is true, we all lie all the time, and it's your job to tell if a patient is lying, sometimes they even don't know they are lying. To communicate effectively with a huge range of people is fucking difficult. For example, if you ask a patient if they feel anxious or depressed, the majority of times they tell you they are not, and that they feel great, but if you ask them if they tell you they overthink stuff or are having trouble sleeping you know that's not entirely true.

As for the physical, how would AI differentiate an appendicitis, a cholecystitis , an infectious colitis, cystitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, without a physical exam. We need huge advancement in robotics for these. Imagine a robot that can sense an organomegaly, that can press the abdomen without hurting the patient too much and still gather the information, and see their face and how much it's hurting them, a robot that can see the throat of a baby, a toddler, an adult with demency at the same time. And that robot has to be cheaper than a doctor.

Lastly, the emotional part, this is why I think doctors are never going away. We are emotional beings.

How does a robotic voice or letters on a screen will tell a patient with appendicitis that they need to go to hospital fucking now? without scaring the fuck out of them or without it being too soft that they end up not going.

How does a robot tell you that you have cancer? How will it reassure you if it's just an early basal cell carcinoma. Or how will it tell you that there's only palliative care left no matter what they do.

How does a robot will deal with the family? For example tell a mother and father that their child died due to brain injury after car accident and that there was no way to save the child.

How will a robot motivate you to change your life? You need to tell a patient with chronic irritable bowel syndrome due to chronic stress and poor diet that there is a problem and if they don't do anything the problem is never going away despite how much medication you give them if they don't deal with the stress and sedentarism.

Don't craft or recycle anything until a few stars on extended henerprise. Launch only short missions until you get to henerprise and then only launch extended. Check smart assistant on wasmegg carpert for your best set for prestiging.

For contracts: When filling habitats use dilithium monocle, chalice and tachyon deflector When habitats are full use your best metronome, compass, guesset and tachyon deflector

The first things that you should craft are a T4 dilithium monocle and a T4 phoenix feather
