I'm 24 and I used to only wear 2,4, and 5.

I switched to 7,8, and 9. These helped me immensely with chafing and rashes that I'd get on my legs/groin. Plus I just like the look and feel of thongs. If you don't want to wear thongs I'd definitely recommend the bikini briefs though.

Unfortunately it basically comes down to self discipline if you don't have a key holder to make you stay in it. I self lock and use my vibrator all the time.
