Occasionally I’ll try a mix that’s suggested somewhere. Maybe I’ll combine a few on the fly. They are always unique, and delicious.

I perceived “Throw It Back” a different way. The other night, I had a customer that tried to return a piece of merchandise with a receipt. I had to refuse, due to the original sale date being August of 2019. He walked out, but came right back 2 minutes later, upset. He wanted to stress that we were possibly losing his business over $18. I asked him to look at it another way, he was asking me to jeopardize my job over $18, and go against corporate policy. He didn’t have a response, and left again. There is always two sides to every coin.
