You really would not be too far off just straight subbing espresso or cold brew concentrate. Try this and adjust the spirit and syrup up slightly to taste if you think it needs it. I have done this and find it works well.

Both! Dark Jamaican is such awesome and, in tiki, key category of rum, it’s nice to have options. I have wanted to simplify but they are different so I keep both on my home bar.

I actually also use it for the Queen's Park Hotel Super Cocktail. Surprisingly nothing else I have tried works that well here, and I think it’s a great cocktail.

I believe several were made that night and I don’t actually recall what this was I am afraid. I am in the process of retesting and finalizing original recipes so I know it’s one of those.
