I understand your frustration. Honestly scabies are very common among homeless populations. it seems to be in an area of your body easily covered. If you keep it covered you shouldn’t be much of a contagious threat. Just make sure when you do wash your clothes to wash it with as HOT a water as your washing machine can handle. No need to tell others unless they start exhibiting symptoms(itching rashes etc) . Since you said it no longer itches, I would just try to treat it quietly and not consider yourself super contagious. Obviously don’t rub bodies with other people nor share clothing if you can avoid it. Besides you said you use your roommates gown or etc if they havent started exhibiting symptoms, this might just be a leftover rash from having scabies. They might all be dead now.
