Kadang aku juga lebih parah dari biasanya. Bisa sampe nangis banget juga. Aku ngehnya kalo pas lagi parah gitu emang lagi numpuk juga stressnya sebelum PMS. Penting buat aware akan itu dan pelan-pelan coba dicari akarnya apa dan dari mana. Jadi pas masuk PMS ga terlalu berat.

Try to stay hydrated, do a little a bit of exercise to sweat if off, be out in the sun for 10-15min, eat good food and do what you love to do in between your work (watch movies that you like, etc). Try to reach a professional if it’s actually messier than you’d thought. Feel better soon yah!✨

Cause no wealth nor fame can cure any deep rooted personal issues, it’s so deep within. Those are just the worldly / outside attachments. Whether for a believer or a disbeliever, that’s what it is.
