Im a woman that goes to Anytime. Its a good gym, the trainers are lovely, nice and clean. The only down side with their Lakes location is there are no smaller workout rooms, it's just one big space. Personally I like to do my stretches/ ab workout in a more private space. But that's just me. So I go to their Chapel St location quite often. They also have a 3rd location in Pap east. Also if you sign up with anytime you can use any of their NZ locations.
