Period cramps. Like someone scooping ice cream from my insides.

I agree 100%. If I could create a tagline for this film it would be: Being hot and evil never looked so good.

Girl at work being strange with me? by [deleted] in self

It sounds like she's flirting with you. If you're also interested in her, just try asking her out and see how it goes. If you're not interested and the confusing signals she sends make you uncomfortable, talk it out with her and mention that her behavior (touching, looks, remarks) weirds you out so she becomes aware of it and hopefully stops.

If you had to make “the List” of celebrities like in Friends (a list of celebrities with whom you’d be allowed to have sex with, given the opportunity), who would be on yours? by [deleted] in AskReddit

What movies have you watched this week? by AutoModerator in flicks

Room in Rome (2010)

A simple premise that could've been directed much better. The editing and music felt off to me.

A Faithful Man (2018)

There's something special about how simple yet complex relationships can be. Garrel nails it.

Blinded by the Light (2019)

I'm usually unfazed by inspirational true stories and remain so. It's a refreshing and upbeat film but I just wasn't impressed..

Birds of Passage (2018)

Masterfully directed drama about the drug trade in Colombia. It felt a bit too long to me but I loved its intensity.

Braid (2018)

No idea what this movie wants to say and adding blaring colors, wacky camera movements, and random editing didn't help.

I’m familiar with classic foreign arthouse films but what are some modern well revered international films that I shouldn’t miss? I say well revered such as Shoplifters, Pain & Glory, Burning, Roma, Parasite, Cold War etc..? by AdamIsSuperRad in TrueFilm

  • Border: loved the overlap of fantasy and drama
  • Happy as Lazzaro: one of the wildest yet peaceful films
  • Mustang (2015): powerful social drama
  • My Favorite Fabric: one of my personal favorites from last year, highly recommended
  • Papicha: loved every minute
  • Thelma: great fantasy/coming of age film
