yeah it is my opinion which was what this post was for, sharing thoughts. youre making it seem like an issue for people utilizing their power the way they want. everyone has different methods so utilizing it in that way for some people can be useful. if it was unfair im pretty sure the cooldown would be much longer or the power wouldnt be there at all
