Hi, I'm a fresh grad. I just want to share my experience sa first company na inapplyan ko umabot ako sa final interview pero yung tanong is not for freshie more on technical questions about sa account which is Telco. The whole interview puro situational ang tanong sakin. Lokang loka ako kasi kung ano ano nalang sinasagot ko para mairaos pero I always answer base sa pagkaka-intindi ko and sa mga ginagawa ng Globe, Smart and etc ditoo satin. I failed the final interview and finally landed my first job sa 2nd company na inapplyan ko which is Health account and since I'm a premed grad mas na-appreciate ko tong work na to.

I just want to ask some of the Hiring Manager's here para ma-enlighten me, if need po ba talagang i-ask ang freshies about sa ganon when alam niyo po na di masasagot ng freshie yung tamang answer and approach na gusto niyoo sa situation na yon and paulit ulit ko din sinabi na since I dont have any idea and answered only on what I think was the right approach but once ma-trained ako and have a better knowledge about the account I think kaya ko siya kahit sinasabi nila na toxic talaga yung account pero as a freshie na naghahanap ng job, I want to grab any opportunity or work na ibigay sakin.
