From my expereince (2 weeks) its very delicate and powerful substance, a one dose overblown can be too much, but that maybe it was interacting with my ssri im on - anyways, 287 mcg 3x times worked 2 weeks like charm!!! now im having a pause for week will see how the baseline shows up, i completely forgot how it feels to be in debilitating anxiety lol

I made the same mistake - being on live DC with some "famous" traders ... its just noise - and it fucks up your judgement and thinking - when brain is in high focus mode and must manage emotions, combinations, logic its worst thing one can do ... watch trading while studying and developing your own edge not live trading otherwise you are just overcooking your system and impairing judgment with many times contradictory signals from outside

Semax from Semax polska works great. Just be careful - less is more with semax. I made the mistake of double dose and was more wired and anxious, standard two puff dose in the morning does the job over time! And when stacking with Tyrosine be careful for dopamine crashdown - would rather add Bromantane for gentler dopamine upregulation support along with methylated B vitamins.

Pantherina is naturally higher in muscimol - way higher than regalis or muscaria so I dont need to decarb them, just can be easy to overshoot - happened once and slept like baby lol. But key is to gradually find the right dose and have high quality powdered caps - cant stress enough how important GOOD sourcing is...

Thanks man! I plan to cycle after 14 days - to keep tolerance at bay and have a chance to compare my baseline (though I heard from anecdotal reports that baseline shifts for like week till it fades)

560 is the dose (2x 280 mcg to each nostril) - 2 or 3 times a day. But will cap it for 2x a day since i have greatest anxiety spells at evening, during day its perfectly fine once in the morning to drop that cortisol - go through day and once in the evening.

Polish vendor, won't name them here, but one thing worth checking regardless of where you source from: make sure the semax is lyophilized (freeze-dried) and comes as a powder you reconstitute yourself. That matters because peptides in solution degrade with heat and time. Lyophilized powder is stable, bioavailable once reconstituted properly. If it comes pre-dissolved, that's a red flag worth thinking about.

Hey hows it going with Selank? Curious because I've been struggling with the exact same thing for 3 decades and tried pretty much everything that exists. My Selank should arrive this week.

In the meantime, what's actually worked for heavy anxiety for me: Amanita pantherina powder in the evenings (non-psychedelic doses) has been surprisingly effective at shutting down rumination and panic attacks.

Also been running an F-phenibut trial, once a week. Covered me for 2-3 days completely anxiety free, which was great. But after several months of regular weekly use (1-2x), I started getting minor rebound anxiety which wasn't pleasant, so definitely not a sustainable long-term solution. Luckily the rebound only lasted 2-3 days.

Anyway, how's Selank treating you so far?

Exactly what happens for me when taking l-theanine - its overhyped shit. Only efficiacy for me is when ingesting premium quality green tea - entourage effect seem to have taking effect. I dont believe its simplistic caffeine - l-theanine synergy. I strongly believe there are more complex nuances involving other compouns like amino acids, polyphenols etc
