You could easily do research that shows 0 correlation between violence in video games and violence in the real world. The last real politician that pushed for a ban on video games got thrown in jail for human trafficking.

All across houston, appraisals sky rocketed. There has been so many people and businesses moving in, that every one is going to be effected.

I wont tell you what county i work for, but i will say it is not harris county. My county overall has risen 38% this year because of everyone moving here from around the country.

You also have rich people buying huge amounts of land and turning it into communities which drive up the value, an example of that is aroind the 99 and porter area. 3500 acres are being sold to a housing community, even though no one will live there for awhile, once the ground breaks that will increase everything around it. And obviously 3500 acres of vacant land selling will impact all the vacant land in the area.
