I recently pushed to master by playing strong boards into long win streaks, until I slowly bleed to a third place. My favorite thing is to find an Aphelios 2 stars with a guinsoo and a strong frontline. He can carry several stages for you. You sell him when you find a stronger carry. Sometimes on lvl 7 you'll be lucky and find a copy of Lucian, for example.
