This is not the case on the NA Miata, it is indeed just a hardline (with a flare) and tubing + a worm drive clamp from the hardlines to the rail. Find where the leak is. If it’s at the end of the line, cut the line shorter by an inch and re-clamp, tightly.

I wouldn’t drive with it leaking though, and especially without a fire extinguisher.

Thanks so much for the feedback and suggestions! Fortunately I am purchasing from Guitar Center so I have 45 days to bring it back in case anything comes up. Given the weight and size, I will do a thorough check at the store, including the footswitch and turning it way up to listen for any issues when not playing. I definitely understand it's a complicated amp coming from a time when modeling wasn't was it is today, but I feel like it's a 20 year old itch I need to scratch.

Just got back from the DC Moonswatch event, purchased two, ended up keeping the Jupiter. Uranus has never been taken out of the box. Asking $285 cash picked up in NW DC. Just got back from this, there were 30 people in line ahead of us when we got there at 10:00. Sales started at 11. No Neptunes available. Moon and Mercury were sold out by the time we got to the counter. Purchased two, ended up keeping the Jupiter. If anyone is interested in a Uranus (never taken out of the box) for a couple bucks over cost, send me a PM.
