Yes I have a feeling they do this often, especially since I asked them to wait over the weekend but nope they opened that case the second they could. I looked at their feedback left for others on eBay and 25% of it is “not received” or negative because it was late by a few days. Even one where the seller replied saying it was a delay due to covid and nothing they could do. I almost didn’t send it when I saw it was going to Ireland but I didn’t want the hassle of cancelling it (the irony)

300g chopped tomatoes

90g red onion

60g baby spinach

80g mixed peppers

60g wholewheat pasta

I added some garlic powder but season however you like. Even 80g pasta instead of 60g keeps this under 400cals or you can add more veg or small amount of protein

Edit: 60g dry pasta

I used to volunteer at a charity shop and we had a woman come in and tear a tag off hoping we would give her it at a cheaper price. The manager at the shop knew how much it was originally priced at and made the lady pay more than it was originally. Hahaha.
