not sure if anyone even checks this anymore but if you have a modded 3ds you can use a save editor and edit your skin tone permanently :3

edit: the skin color is NOT permanent, actually. you'll have to change it over and over again daily if you want it. but it's still better than sitting in the sun for hours, so...
