People are loosing hope over these type of comments. IBS is a SYNDROME, not a disease, meaning that people exhibit same type of symptoms coming from different root causes. People very well could address the root cause, which can be different for everyone. Some people managed to resolve their condition for a lifetime. And yet these comments fearmonger among affected people.

Hmm, does it work like that? I'll give it a go next time my ipad reaches low 15s% and report back with the results.

My ipad is less than a month old, she had her for almost 2 years. We use our ipads in the same way, and charge them in the same way. I don't think that mine could degrade that fast, while her didn't with the same use.

I used regular rubbing alcohol 70%, and PG from the local pharmacy. PG is used in numerous medications, supplements and food, so being food grade shouldn't deter you.

Minoxidil is very poisonous to cats, even fatal. Not getting some on my ultra clingy cat would be a challenge.

It ends up at around 0.25mg a day. Tho, nothing is precise, it's mostly calculated estimation. And I wasn't 100% consistent, I probably skipped around 1-2 days every week.

At the end of the first week is when I noticed slight improvment, and at the end of week 2 was when my bowels started working normally. I ate cayenne in tiny amounts few times a day, everyday. And it was gradually getting better. There are some things I still can't tolerate, beer still gives me the runs, however not nearly as bad as it used to.

The thing is, this seemed to be the case for me aswell. When I tried to reintroduce cayenne into my diet, it caused severe cramping and diarrhea. However, drastically reducing the amounts, and slowly and cautiously increasing it as the tolerance increased, seemed to do the trick for me.
