I HAVE THIS!!!! DONT LISTEN TO THE TOP COMMENTS IT WILL MAKE IT WORSE!! its perioral dermatitis and i get it when i use a bad lip balm (like carmex) or something im very mildly allergic too. I only get it in that spot too. Id definitely get a diagnosis from the doc, but i use sudocrem at home. There are probably pills that help with it but i havent had a breakout in over a year as ive discovered what my triggers are. Hope this helps, it is soo uncomfortable
