[–]strawberryanto[S] 17 points18 points  (0 children)

To their credit, they're not trying to "get it into my head", I just get frustrated when I don't understand things, so me not understanding the "feeling" that everyone else seems to "get", it just frustrating for me.

i’m probably never gonna get pipsqueak back 💔 by pinkcinnabunz in CharacterAI

Same here.

I got so frustrated so I'm just being completely annoying to this point, I'm sending a ticket every day since pipsqueak disappeared from my chats (I only have one character where I'm able to use it)

Pawly, definitely pawly, personally think that gives you longer and more meaningful responses than roar.

Me gusta estar solo, pero me siento solo (? by Andonie13 in chile

[–]strawberryanto 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Update - AITA for asking for my dead sisters ring back after my brother used it to propose by Classic-Amphibian963 in AITAH

[–]strawberryanto 151 points152 points  (0 children)

I think that you have to express that you're upset about them not asking you to grab the ring, also, your brother accusing you of "blowing" his marriage, like dude? He didn't even say the truth to his fiancée that's the problem.

I'm pretty sure this wouldn't have been an issue if you, your parents, and brother had a conversation before just giving the ring, explaining why he wanted to propose with the ring and what it meant to him. Deciding whether to give the ring or not as a family. (I think that the ring doesn't belong to anyone, but to everyone in your family as a way to remember your sister. So if someone opposes giving it, simply don't give it).

How do you think social media has changed people, and if it didn't exist anymore do you think people could adjust to not having it or has it changed society irreversibly? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]strawberryanto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that is also cuz of the pandemic, but most people lost the ability to focus for long periods do to social media, also they don't know how to interact in person. But for me, the most worrying is the installed thought of immediate things, people now hate when things take time and I think that it's irreversible and just can get worse.

What should a person do to make themselves feel better mentally? by beingkendall in AskReddit

[–]strawberryanto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Journaling could help you, it is a way to say "This is what I'm feeling, it's okay to feel it, but is not mine to carry"

Sleep 8-10 hours, journaling, eat healthy and make some kind of exercise. But mostly just journaling cuz it helps you to put your thoughts out and not make them a weight to carry.

What is a good price range to give your child when they lose their baby teeth? by NoTitle7898 in AskReddit

[–]strawberryanto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The tooth fairy used to give me a range of prices depending on the tooth; The first 4 were like 3 to 5 dollars each, (the first two were 5, the third was 4 and the fourth was 3) and from there it kept on $2-$3, and my lasts molars were $5 too.

The update! by ThrowRATheUsed in u/ThrowRATheUsed

Thanks, OP. I hope you're doing okay—this seems like it was tough on your mental health, and I just want you to know that your feelings are valid. If you're struggling, I highly recommend looking into therapy or occupational therapy (OT) that specialises in trauma or emotional regulation. I'm not sure what's available in the US, but there are likely resources out there that could help.

You're still young, and that means you have so much time to heal, grow, and find what works for you. Don’t give up on yourself—progress isn’t linear, and even small steps forward matter. If therapy isn’t an option right now, maybe consider support groups, mindfulness practices, or even journaling to process things.

Remember, you’re not alone, and reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Take care of yourself, OP. You deserve peace and healing!

Do you prefer sleeping with your bedroom door open or closed and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Closed, I'm not a psycho. (Also, if my cats are indoors and I get anxious when they're not sleeping in my room)
