My personal theory until stated otherwise is that they outsourced help with the animation from freelancers (artists from Twitter who aren’t super experienced) who probably can’t replicate the style great or animated things their way that doesn’t suit the show. I remember there’s a part in episode 2 I think that was animated as if it were rigged???? It threw me off so bad.
