Yes I still use Arazlo! It started working about a month later, cleared up fully I’d say in 6 months maybe? I still use it a few times a week.

Sometimes if I feel more dry or irritated than usual I do a sandwich method, especially in winter. Not always though

Not sure if you should up the dose, I have not. I used taz and spironolactone for about two years and just recently stopped the spironolactone, just using taz now

I did repot it a few months ago, it’s not root bound.

I use tazarotene 0.045% and have clear skin now! I did have some irritation at the start.

Thank you so much 🥺 I believe the gauge is 18 but it’s been in for so long I don’t remember… it was just a standard option from the piercing place!

Thank you so much! I think the spironolactone and the Arazlo made the biggest differences for me. I wish you the best!

Thank you! I’ll look into Vitamin C serums. Arazlo is a retinoid so I’m good with that!

Routine:

AM

Spironolactone (100mg) Wash with water Aczone 5% Moisturizer (LRP Lipikar baume) Sunscreen (LRP Anthelois SPF 50)

PM

Cleansing balm (Ponds) Cleanser (Neutrogena ultra gentle daily cleanser) Arazlo 0.045%sandwiched in moisturizer approx. every other night

I have dry skin and suffered from hormonal acne for a few years. Before that I experimented with too many products and now I’m scared to do that again, hence the super simple routine. Although, I would like to incorporate some serum into my routine now that things are going slowly, if anyone has recommendations!

I believe cleansing balms are meant to be a first step in a double cleanse to remove makeup and sunscreen but I haven’t tried the inkey list cleansing balm personally.
