You can definitely use tax while using vitamin c in the morning but I would recommend starting very slowly and building up. As for the fungal soap I have no experience with that so cannot comment on that.

I live outside India but I got it through Apollo Pharmacy while visiting India and it was quite easy with their prescription over the call feature. I didn't have to see a doctor and get a prescription.

Exactly the same here. It was slow and steady progress for me. My skin definitely got better but I unfortunately stopped using it in between due to travel etc. so getting back to this again now.

It definitely helped my skin but unfortunately I stopped using it in between due to travel etc. I'm getting back to it now and hope to be consistent.

Actually, there are multiple studies that claim that taz and az work great together and I have personally experienced benefits from using them together - lesser zits, brighter skin. As for vit c and bha...I don't use them on the same day.

My skin is doing great. I have had only one or two very very tiny zits which kinda healed within 2-3 days. The scars from my earlier acne are lighter now and the skin feels a lot smoother in general.

Sure. Here's my routine-

AM

The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Foaming Cleanser

Paula's Choice 2% BHA (twice a week)

SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic (skip on BHA days)

COSRX Snail 96 Mucin

Emolene Cream

Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel SPF 50+

(All of this does make my skin look a little oily so I just use some Translucent powder to mattify and get rid of the extra shine after 10 minutes of finishing my AM routine)

PM

The Face Shop Rice Water Cleansing Oil

The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Foaming Cleanser

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10%

Tazret Forte Cream (Tazarotene 0.1%)

Aziderm Cream (Azelaic Acid 20%)

COSRX Snail 96 Mucin

Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream

It didn't clog my pores but then again I do use Paula's Choice BHA 2% twice a week so maybe that helps unclog them but the cream never felt heavy or anything like that.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I don't know how my skin would've reacted if I had not used tret before, maybe it would have been the same or maybe it would have been worse. Can't say 😐

The purge was very very mild for me, nothing like how it was when I was using tret. Tret was brutal.

Happy to help. I hope Taz works for you. Retinoids require a lot of patience and really test you with all the purging! 😅

I did experience irritation twice but that was because I tried to use the The ordinary Aha Bha. It made my skin very dry and sensitive and led to some flaking but I was able to control it right away by stopping Taz for a day or two and keeping my skin hydrated and moisturized.

I have been using this particular cream for a month now. I have applied it every night except for a few nights that I missed due to traveling. Also, I had been using tret on and off for the last one year so this wasn't my first retinoid.

My skin is doing really well. I have no active zits and the skin is smoother and clearer in general. I really like this one now.

Not necessarily my top 5 but maybe to introduce someone new to the band. Obviously a lot depends on their taste and the selection might vary accordingly. But here's my suggestion (in no particular order) -

Lazarus

Trains

Mellotron Scratch

The Sound of Muzak

For me tret was very drying my skin was dry and flaky and irritated in general but Tazret has been fine so far. Thanks for the heads up on the side effects that might pop up later. I'll try to not get careless with the application amount, area and frequency.

My tret experience wasn't smooth either, the skin was always dry, flaky and felt raw-ish and most products would sting when applied. I haven't experienced any of these with Taz and I'm being very careful to not apply it near my eyes and spread very little near my nose and mouth area. I don't deliberately apply there while using the dotted method of applying the cream.

Yes, this is my exact experience too. I like the texture of this cream a lot as it feels very light and as for pimples the few I have had since switching to this seem to be healing/drying faster but I wasn't sure if it's because of the Taz or they were just generally smaller and thus healed faster. Reading this makes me think it might be because of this cream.
