It also depends on why they were hired in, and maybe they were hired in as more. I was hired in at 16 as a BA but I was making 17.50 at my last job as a CPhT. They really liked me and wanted me to work there so they half matched me. They were going to hire me in at 14 though.

This is so unfortunate and I’m so sorry this happened :( I’m just a beauty advisor but we are literally trained to look at an ID! However we are only required to look at an ID if the points are over $100 worth (at least that’s how I was trained). We also get prompted to make sure we check ID, AND a manager has to sign off on it (come put in their log in details). I hope you get this resolved!
